These terms explain the basic rules for using DigitalStudioHub. By browsing the marketplace, creating an account, or submitting a request, you agree to use the platform responsibly and provide accurate information.
1. What DigitalStudioHub provides
DigitalStudioHub is an online marketplace that helps customers discover independent businesses and freelancers offering digital services. Customers can browse profiles and submit service requests. DigitalStudioHub facilitates introductions; it does not itself provide the services listed by providers.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading content, or attempt to access information or accounts without permission.
3. Customer requests
Submitting a customer service request is free. When you submit a request, the form asks for consent to share your name, phone number, email address, and request details with relevant providers so they can respond. The platform may route a request to up to ten matching providers. A match or response is not guaranteed.
4. Provider listings and Lead Access
Providers are responsible for their profile information, services, pricing, communications, and delivery of work. A provider profile may remain visible without an active Lead Access subscription, while access to customer contact details is limited to eligible active subscribers. Lead Access is currently priced at ₹300 per month plus applicable GST; the complete payable amount is shown before checkout.
5. Arrangements between customers and providers
Customers and providers should confirm the scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and payment terms directly with each other before work begins. DigitalStudioHub does not guarantee a provider’s availability, quality, response time, or a particular result. DigitalStudioHub currently processes Lead Access subscription payments; payments for provider-delivered work are arranged directly between the customer and provider.
6. Platform availability and changes
We may maintain, update, or temporarily limit parts of the platform to keep it secure and operational. We may restrict accounts or content where necessary to address misuse or protect users. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
