Information we handle

Depending on how you use DigitalStudioHub, this may include account and business profile details, contact information, customer service requests, provider enquiries, support messages, subscription status, and basic platform activity such as profile views. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card details, or payment PINs in support messages.

How we use information

• To create and secure accounts and display business profiles.
• To match a customer request with relevant providers and operate the enquiries flow.
• To manage Lead Access subscriptions and respond to billing or support requests.
• To protect the marketplace, troubleshoot errors, and prevent misuse.

When information is shared

When a customer submits a request and agrees to the sharing notice, DigitalStudioHub shares the request details and contact information with relevant providers for follow-up. A request may be routed to up to ten matching providers. Payment details for Lead Access are handled through the payment provider used at checkout; DigitalStudioHub does not ask customers to share card credentials in support tickets.

Storage and protection

We use account, database, and access controls appropriate to operate the service. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, to maintain account and support records, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can review and update some business profile information from your account. To ask about personal information associated with a request or support ticket, contact us through Help & Support. We may need to verify the request before changing or disclosing account information. Applicable privacy rights continue to apply.
